Kirsty is our superstar people manager leading the experience our people have within the business, working with us on strategic and day-to-day people and Human Resources initiatives. With people at the heart of our business, we value the rigour, support and advice Kirsty provides to our leadership team, as well as the connections she’s made with our team. Kirsty has extensive HR experience across a variety of industries and company types and gets involved from top level strategy to hands on delivery.

 

Kirsty is passionate about developing organisational skills and capability and achieving results through a high performing culture. We love the energy and passion Kirsty has for Just Add Lime as well as tapping into her knowledge and expertise to ensure we continue to put people at the heart of our business.

 

Away from work Kirsty enjoys time with her family either in the surf, at gymnastics or on the rugby field. A passion for Surf Life Saving, Kirsty has been actively involved in Red Beach Surf Club as an Official and member of the Junior Committee for the last eight years.
